THE PROPERTY
Located at Lake Garda in the historic center of San Felice del Benaco, 'il Borgo dei Sogni' offers unique Apartments & Suites. The property dates back to early 19th century and has been thoroughly restored in 2003 and renovated in 2022. Special attention went out to preserving the historic character while assuring a high degree of modern comfort. All apartments and suites have a private terrace or balcony
and independent entrance.
From the street, a passage leads your to the entrance gate with digital access code and a private internal courtyard. In the past, the internal courtyard used to be a public square called Piazza Umberto I (the square sign is still visible!). Guests can use the area to relax
or park their bicycles.
Special care went into creating "the feeling of home". You can recognize this from the warm and stylish design, to small details such as a welcome drink or a soft plaits to enjoy a breezy evening outside.
The property is located in a quiet street at only 150 meters from the church. You will find a variety of quality restaurants, bars and a supermarket
within a short walking distance.
A panoramic pedestrian route
takes you down to the beach and port within 15 minutes (4 minutes by car). If you like cycling
or hiking
you can enjoy a vast network of routes in the area.
Our staff speaks German, French, Dutch, Spanish, English and Italian.
Children are welcome starting at the age of 11 years.
THE ACCOMODATION
No matter which option you choose, you can expect quality matrasses, upscale bed linen and towels, as well as bathrobes and toiletries from a nearby local olive oil farm on lake Garda.
The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and all accommodations offers a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and free public parking at 150 meters from the property. Sheltered bicycle storage is available in the private courtyard.

The town of San Felice del Benaco
consists of three ancient villages
(borgo); San Felice, Portese and Cisano. You can visit small ports, gourmet restaurants, vineyards
and olive tree plantations
and breathe a relaxing atmosphere. Isola del Garda, the largest island is also part of San Felice. Nature lovers will feel right at home here, as the area offers a vast network of cycle routes
and hiking trails.
